DESCRIPTION:Dear sports friends\n\nwe invite you to the EURO-Soccer-11 in Munich and look forward to welcoming you there.\n\nPlease find our preliminary program and competition information given below:\n\nPreliminary program\n\n 	\n\n 	July 3rd\n\n 	arrival of teams at the hotel “Sportschule Oberhaching”\n 	7 pm opening ceremony including dinner & welcome drinks with captains meeting and drawing of the group\n\n\n 	July 4th\n\n 	soccer men 11 player & soccer woman 7 Players from 9 am  to  4 pm\n 	free time in the evening to visit Munich city centre (Marienplatz\, Hofbräuhaus etc.)\n\n\n 	July 5th\n\n 	soccer men 11 player & soccer woman 7 Players from 9 am to  4:30 pm\n 	6:30 pm transfer to final ceremony\, up to 1 am in the night\n\n\n 	July 6th\n\n 	departure of teams or for independent disposal\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBasic information on the soccer championship\n\n 	\n\n 	Men’s football will be played across the whole pitch\, with a team consisting of eleven players\, five substitutes\, a coach and an official.\n 	Participation takes place in two stages: group stage in robin round followed by a knockout round. The winning team is then determined.\n 	Women’s football will be played on a reduced pitch with seven players\, four substitutes\, a coach and an official.\n 	The matches will be played in robin round mode.\n 	Shoes for natural grass and artificial turf are required for the men’s and women’s tournaments\n\n\n\n\n\n\nParticipation information\n\n 	\n\n 	\n\n 	Single rooms\, double rooms and triple rooms are available. There are a total of 10 single rooms and 4 triple rooms available\, all others are double rooms.\n 	These rooms are allocated according to the incoming reservation.\n 	The participation fees are\n\n 	645 € for the single room\,\n 	595 € for the double room and\n 	565 € euros for the triple room.\n\n\n 	The fee includes accommodation for three nights and meal times from Thursday evening to Sunday morning (except Friday evening).\n 	If you are interested in sending a second team please get in contact with us.\n 	Please note that it is unfortunately not possible for us to process arrivals after 6pm on Thursday and departures before 6am on Sunday and to provide a guide.\n 	If you would like to attend\, please send the attached registration form by e-mail to skv@bundesbank.de by 1st March 2025 at the latest.\n\n\n\n\n\nWe look forward to your participation in Munich!\n\nKind regards\nFrank & Henning & Rainer
